and if I am not on a Windows box? from what I found, this all relates to
"cfam" and "btccmgr" which are running. In the JRun logs (JRun/logs) the
cfam-err.log and cfam-event.log where affected by restarting the btccmgr.
This leads me to believe I am in the right place, but I still amm of my
reports are empty (the is: "No data in the selected time period." the
Timeframe was set on "Today")
