Daniel,

Sounds like you're probably confusing your network....

If you want to use Win 2k Internet Connection Sharing, they will have to use
dynamically allocated IP addresses assigned by the machine that is connected
to the network.

Have you tried skipping the added complication of the Active directory and
set up your PCs as stand alone machines and connect to the shared internet
connection directly?

The minute that you start using DNS servers inside your network you are
going to confuse the ICS as PCs sharing the connection must use the DNS
settings provided by your ISP and the ICS "server".
