Are you on a server running advanced security where you may have had access to the administrator restricted using sandboxing? Still say I've always had a delete button on ODBC datasources even back when CF3 was just out. I remember that being a god-send because it meant I didn't have to walk the length of the building to Tech Support - get a key to the Computer room walk down several flights of stairs, half way back along the building, fight with the lock on the computer room door, spend 1 minute over an icy blast of air conditioning, and go through the reverse process to return to my desk half an hour later for a 1 minute job. Mind you I've never run Pro, so I don't know whether there is a difference in the ODBC admin between Pro and Ent, but I seriously doubt it.
