You should just need to stop the "World Wide Web" service... But when I stop the service I stop the W3Svc (World Wide Web) and the IISAdmin service...
However you could setup apache to listen on a different port... So http://localhost could be setup to talk to CF and http://localhost:8080 could be setup to talk to CF through apache...
