Yes my mistake I think it's tomcat which uses 8080 by default (or always seems to when I install it)
I'm assuming you can stop and start the services to swop between apache and iis on port 80, instead of using a batch service? If you change it, you can change it to any other port you like - there's nothing special about using 8080 (which is often used to connect to proxy servers).
