CF doesn't use an entry in the ISAPI section of the IIS config.  Instead,
you'll need to configure it as an application extension mapping (Properties,
Home Directory, Configuration button).

Create an entry for .cfm, .cfc or whatever else you use, then set the path
to C:\CFusionMX\runtime\lib\wsconfig\1\jrun.dll for CFMX.  For CF5, the
default path is C:\CFusion\bin\iscf.dll.
