Can you expand? I just came across this thread but am having the same problem. I'm using Norton AV & firewall on w2kpro/IIS. I've checked that all CF files are using Jrun for parsing but I'm having no joy.

We've had issues where directories excluded from the akamizer would cause a page not found error, and completely crash IIS.
