Our problem was exactly this: When trying to access the CF MX admin using IE 6.0 on the *same* machine as the MX install *and* with the Norton AV toolbar running in the browser...the admin doesn't respond. If you unload the Norton AV browser toolbar (you can leave Norton running in the sys tray) the admin responds just fine.

We've had issues where directories excluded from the akamizer would cause a page not found error, and completely crash IIS.
