I'd second Doug's suggestion that you do a clean install instead of an upgrade. However, I wouldn't recommend trying to copy IIS data from the registry. First, IIS doesn't store significant data in the registry since IIS 3; instead, it uses something called the Metabase. The Metabase data can't be directly imported into IIS 5 from IIS 4, either, I don't think. You might find this tool useful: http://www.iisfaq.com/default.asp?View=L1038&P=71 For the CF settings, you can backup and restore selected registry keys for that, if you're using CF 5 or earlier. Or, if you're using CF 5, you could use the Archive functionality within the CF Administrator.
