Sounds like your registry is full.... You need to set up a proper client store rather than using the default store, which is the registry.
I vaguely remember seeing a bit of CF somewhere for clearing out client ids and tokens from the registry (Michael Dinowitz's code I believe) If I find it I'll let you know... In the mean time, while you sort out a client store in a database, you need to increase the size of the registry on your server via the control panel.
