Can you describe editing neosecurity.xml in a bit more detail?

I coudn't even find that file?!?!

I think I have seen this before. Shut down CF, edit neosecurity.xml and

switch off Sandbox Security. Restart CF, go into the Administrator and

reconfigure Sandbox Security.
