iscf.dll latest date for 5.0

I had a dllhost and inetinfo CPU high problem and I contacted M$. They analyzed the iis dumps and came up with the ColdFusion iscf.dll being the culprit.

I see that mine is dated 2/19/2002 12 am and I believe this is the latest one for CF 5.0

Does anyone have a date on their iscf.dll later than this?
