The account running CFMX doesn't need administrative permissions, and it
doesn't need to have the "act as part of the operating system" right. It
simply needs read-write-execute-delete permissions on the directories
containing binaries and configuration files, and read-execute on your actual
CFM files themselves. If you're running CF 5, it'll also need rights to some
registry keys. It'll also need the "log on as a service" privilege.
I'm pretty sure this is documented in MM's technotes, but I don't have the
URL handy.
