COM Error

Hello, I am getting the following error when I try to connect to word using CreateObject.  We've tried everything, including making sure CFMX had the right to access desktop applications. Here is what we are running.

CFMX 6.1 on a Windows 2000 Server

An exception occurred when instantiating a Com object.  
The cause of this exception was that: AutomationException: 0x80040154 - Class not registered.  
  
The error occurred in D:\WWW\cfse\testcom.cfm: line 2
