Kola,  nope,  using the services MMC panel.

oops, teh link above was wrong, seems macromedia.com had me stuck in a
livedocs frame.

that's the correct one.  Says nothing about using the cmd line to
start CF.  If I do that it will run under my windows account, not a
Good Thing at all.
