Ok, so... are you wanting this to be showing the console window forever, or is this a temporary troubleshooting procedure?
If you want to, create a shortcut to Jrun.exe on the desktop. Right-click it, and under the Shortcut tab click Advanced, then check the box for "Run with Different Credentials" and back out to the desktop. When you launch the shortcut, you'll first be prompted to establish credentials under which the application should then run. Granted, it's a bit of a runaround... but I KNOW this way works to bring up the syslog screen and the Jrun applet. I've found that the MMC doesn't work as expected with Jrun sometimes... I'm not sure why... just... doesn't. Anyway, I hope that helps.
