Thanks for the interest, and sorry for the delay-- had some untimely 
email problems here...

We first tried stooping CFusion via the JMC.  When that was 
unsuccessful, we tried via the Windows Svcs MMC snapin.

The task manager does not show any Jun instances at all.  Using 
ActivePort we can see several instances of Jrun running though...
