It isn't but we have several instances of CF5 running on 2003 with no 
problems. All you have to do is a normal install but to no webserver and 
then put the mapping for the .cfm extension into IIS afterwards (it is 
not a difficult task).

As far as I can see the fact that is is installed in 2003 Enterprise is 
a red-herring, it should not do a full install on any version of 2003. 
Maybe the Enterprise version in the original question did have the 
mapping put in afterwards.
