The poster already stated that cfinput works.

I am assuming that your using the flash cfform, is so you will need to look
at the tag that allows for html text to be displaed in here.

You can not just expect it to work, read the documents either from with
administrator or online at livedocs.macromedia.com

I would make a suggestion that next time you tells us what type of  cfform
your using as it might be different to how the type="flash" works.

It sound likely that you don't have a mapping to the CFIDE directory for 
the site.

CFForms, and a couple of other tags, need the contents of the 
CFIDE/scripts folder to be able to work.
I tend to set up a central copy of this folder and map a directory in 
sites to that rather than to the CFIDE folder with the administrator in it.
