folder.  There is also xsl, css, swf, and cfm files in there.

Speculating, but I would be inclined to disagree that this is a flash 
form and is more likely to be an xform or standard html form.  The 
reason why I think this.... If there is something wrong with a field in 
a flash form, then nothing at all is displayed.

But its pure speculation, so we'll just have to wait and see some code. ;)
