Chris, It's definitely a CFMX license issue. I don't know why though. We're on Win2K3 Server. IIS 6.0. Funny thing. When I put in the Key, which is an upgrade, it did not ask me for the previous license key. That struck me as being odd, since as many times as I've done this before, it's always required the key from the license you're upgrading from.
