Hi I have an email application that records bouncebacks on mailouts
Currently I collect all failed mail in a seperate mail account using the failto tag in CFMail and simply count the number of mails Does anyone have a good way of determining whether these bouncebacks are hard of soft? Are there any consistent keywords that would appear in the transcript that would allow me everytime to determine which type it is?
