I can't install my coldfusion 7 because my computer thinks that there is
currently a version installed. For some reason, I accidentally had one version
installed on my external hard drive. I removed those files and all of the
suggested files by macro media have be eliminated from my hard drive and I went
ahead and installed my flex 2, thinking that it might have something to do with
it. I've been stuck for about 2 hours and don't know what to do.

It will let me install the "trial version" or the "developer edition" however
they never show up in my add/remove program tool on control panel, nor do they
allow me to find them in my start menu. I have deleted all of the files from
the wwwroot folder, rebooted my computer, and deleted the coldfusion folder off
of C. I have also deleted all of my temp files.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!
