Ah ha, so the the swf has to be run on port 80? So a bug already? Lol ;)

OK, I finally got this to work. It turns out viewing CF admin via the JRun
port in browser wasn't allowing SWF files to run. When I mapped CF admin in
IIS and server monitor started to work.
