There are a few things you can do:
1) I know that SP5 doesn't have this problem so you may want to go back to
SP 5.
2) Encrypt your code
3) deselect read permission for *.cfm files
4) one list member suggested once to do the following mapping:
 *.cfm::$DATA to iscf.dll
