I have been plowing through Ben Forta's advanced book and have been playing
with CFSCRIPT. Here is my question. Is it faster to use CFSCRIPT to handle
most things or the tag based methods. Both are about the same as far as
coding time goes, it's just a matter of which will run faster when sent to
the application server that concerns me. Example, I cam across some
writings on the web that said that when using CFSET more then 3 times in a
row it's faster to use a CFSCRIPT block and put those variables in there. I
don't notice any difference in the time that my server sends back to me in
the debugging mode, so, what's another way to tell with out getting really
expensive. My goal is to learn and use which ever will give the best result
in the end. I do understand that both have their place, I am just looking
for a bit of guidance.

TIA!
