I like CFScript it is easier for me to understand however because of things
that cannot be done in it such as queries it can take about the same amount
of time to write.
I did some testing a while back to see which had a faster run time and
found that they were pretty close but cfscript was just a little bit faster
in most cases, it was just a few milliseconds though.
