Setting up an auction site on a web server located in Indiana. The =
site's target audience is in the Eastern time
zone which is currently experiencing Daylight Savings Time.
Indiana doesn't participate in DST but remains on Eastern
Standard Time year 'round.=20

As a result, from the perspective of the users, the time of the auction =
site/web server is currenlty one hour behind. =20

The auction site uses the CF Now() function to get the time stamp from =
the server. Is there a cgi script or some other way to manipulate the =
time stamp so that it reflects DST rather than EST? (other than changing =
the time on the server?)=20

thanks,=20
