To accomplish what I think Chris is trying to accomplish, there would have 
to be three tables this way. If I understand correctly, it's the table that 
should be centered, not the contents of the cell. I think that putting a 
<br> between two tables is the best bet. This way, the contents of each 
cell would have to be a table.
