Depend on what they're going to be doing with it. If you keep the extensive
queries on the database, as well as all the joins, you should be all right,
the ones you can't keep on the database, of static data you can cache.
Proper coding of course will make a big difference as well. I imagine,
depending on how productive these 25 people are they'll become discontent
with it sooner rather than later. Access seems to do better pulling data
than writing data, in medium/high traffic.
