Hey guys... This may be an off-topic message but I need help - fast...
I am getting a daily batch Oracle.dmp that I need imported and converted =
to MS-SQL each day at 1:00am. (approx. 600-800 records)
Here's the process. =20
1) At 1:00am we will FTP from our client the .dmp file and upload it to =
a server.
2) That server will clear any existing records from it's database and =
import the new file.
3) At that time, it will copy the records from the Oracle database to =
our MS-SQL server and we will run our app from there.
Please write back if you can help as we have no Oracle experience. We =
also need an Oracle partner as this has become increasingly requested.
