Jeff,
I cannot load the Allaire java classes required to run the applet, are they
perhaps secured on the server via NTFS or IIS? (I can view the applet with a
development browser that already has d/l'ed the java class files) I bet it
is a permissions problem.

I set it up on a page, and on the server I can see it fine, yet so far no
