Okay..... I got out of my chair and got my VISA card out of my wallet.
On the FRONT of my card is a small print of the same first 4 digits.
On the BACK of my card where the card number is printed above my signature,
is an extra 3 digits on the end. And they're not dupes of any of the other
numbers, but clearly they must be significant.
And I can't remember which web site I was at recently, but it did prompt me
for these extra numbers.
