I would say that a significant amount of corporations use NATs that allow access to any remote port from clients on their private network. Further, the ones that actually limit the remote ports for their clients generally have a specific range of remote ports allowed through. This allows their users to make use of streaming services, which generally do not stream on port 80. Additionally, most streaming clients allow you to change want range of open ports are available to you. Possibly this is all the Flash player needs.
