I have a couple of pretty high traffic sites that us Access2K, one that has about 1500 users providing seller feedback (http://www.beerology.com/ars/), another that has almost a thousand beers and all of the content for a web site (http://www.beeryard.com/). Each handles between 50-100k page views per month.
Handling a couple hundred (non-concurrent) users should be a walk in the park.
