I couldn't figure out how to configure the "server debug" embedded browser to use Mozilla. However, you can easily set up the "primary" external browser selection to Mozilla in the Preferences dialog under the Edit menu, under "Preview in Browser". > My understanding is that Dreamweaver uses it's own internal > browser rather than relying on third-party code.
