I don't know about design view - I never use that anyway - but in server
debug view, it's using Internet Explorer, and tacking a little something to
the end of the User-Agent header:

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; Q312461; .NET CLR
1.0.3705; Dreamweaver MX 6.0.1722)

I wouldn't be surprised if they're using their own browser functionality for
the design view, though.
