Check out my instructions for assigning ctrl-3 to surround with #s. Same procedure for reassigning other shortcuts. However, we've found that at least one shortcut (ctrl-D) that we wanted to use in the code window would only work when in the design-mode window - so your mileage may vary, depending onthe exact keystrokes you're trying to assign to what menu items:
