- not sure if you know - but I tried and NS 6 doesn't allow this below.
I personally have had the same problems and wound up with an IE
administration section that queries 5 categories and organizes into drop
downs. User can fill in quantities and information- and just expand and
collapse layers.

On top of that - as items are entered - they are updated dynamically
into a js forms area that is altered in appearance with CSS so it looks
part of the page - not an actual form.

It is running sensitive queries - but I will see about duplicating it so
I can have sample up.
But I found without refreshing the page - to hide the info in dynamic
layers was quite effective - you can see a graphical screen shot of it
here -

If it looks like something you would like to peak inside the code for -
I will try to duplicate it soon

I use form wizards for data entry on a real estate app. I've recently
gotten some positive feedback from our users. I use separate templates
for
each "step" and WDDX to pass a structure containing the data.

The only drawback is that each step in the wizard requires a trip to the
server. My question is, does anyone have input, or know of resources
for
creating wizards (that wouldn't require separate trips to the server).
I've
tried using css (visibility) and JavaScript to create visible/hidden
layers
for each step, but I'm no JavaScript guru.

Any advice is appreciated.
