yeah, its not to hard. We took it a step further and added conditional branching between pages. So if a user selected they were Female, then they would get send to the page (div) with female only questions.
Then to take it even further, we build a graphical front end to build this forms. All of the CFML and JS is dynamically generated and the user can add fields and pages and conditions. Pretty neet eh?
