yeah, its not to hard. We took it a step further and added conditional 
branching between pages. So if a user selected they were Female, then they 
would get send to the page (div) with female only questions.

Then to take it even further, we build a graphical front end to build this 
forms. All of  the CFML and JS is dynamically generated and the user can 
add fields and pages and conditions. Pretty neet eh? You can see the site 
here www.logiforms.com, and here is a sample of a form with a next and back 
button and conditional branching. Maybe you can pick it apart :)
