On my TiBook I have the following (all playing nicely together):
CFMX OS X Developer version (the port)
PointBase Embedded rdbms - example problems, snippets
PointBase Server rdbms Pet Market Blueprint Application
OpenBase rdbms
MySQL rdbms
Post greSQL rdbms
Xindice XML database (Tom Dyson's interface)
The TiBoox is excellent for running a "Web Server in your Lap"
The CPU speed/RAM/HD are all up to the task
The big 15 " screen is fantastic
The built-in video interface allows you to give a big-screen presentation
It shows really well!
I was not very successful running CFMX under VPC - timeouts and other
issues
But for about 3 large, you can go with the Native OS X version
It is a very classy machine -- it just oozes quality and showcases you,
and your application very well!
It is money well spent!
