Jest a few things to think about.

Who prepares the order -- customer at Kiosk or Clerk at Counter

What's the product set?

How many items per order?

Who picks the order -- customer or back room?

capture/retain customer/sale info?

Method of payment?

Do you need to open the cash drawer?

How will you print the receipt?

It may be that a browser-based interface is not the best for this app!
