Jest a few things to think about. Who prepares the order -- customer at Kiosk or Clerk at Counter
What's the product set? How many items per order? Who picks the order -- customer or back room? capture/retain customer/sale info? Method of payment? Do you need to open the cash drawer? How will you print the receipt? It may be that a browser-based interface is not the best for this app!
