Er, ah, yeah...

So having access to a later version is better than having an older 
(stable) version already installed.

Having an older version already installed does not preclude downloading 
and installing a later version.

Something about a bird in the hand being worth a push in the bush!

I think the future is open to us all -- on an equal basis!
