Yes, looking at the Warp web-site ( 
http://www-3.ibm.com/software/os/warp/ ) it does seem to be Y2K ready, and 
compatible with most Windows 3.x applications.  Something I always look for 
in a develop system choice.

  I didn't realize that OS/2 was still available.
