PROBLEM: After I switched to CFMX, apostrophy and qoutes contained in database records show up as funny looking symbols.
CAUSE(I think): I remember reading somewhere that CFMX needs to know something about a the UTF-8 character set. Is this the source of my problem? SOLUTION: ?????????? this is what I need to know.
