Cameron,

I just had this problem the other day and posted it to the list....and
nobody responded!!!!

So here goes....

Somebody else had installed Win2K Advanced Server, so I don't know if they
set permissions wrong or what, but the SYSTEM group didn't have any access
to the C drive (actually the SYSTEM group didn't even exist), and the
EVERYONE group had limited access.  So I cranked up the access to the
EVRYONE group and the CF MX install went just fine.
