Or easy way STRAIGHT JSP... again Jsp Vs Cfm topic... i guess MM would
suggest the below and learn Java.. rather than incorporating these
capabilities
into CFMX.

JSP is some like..

Class.forName("macromedia.jdbc.MacromediaDriver");

DriverManager.getConnection("jdbc:macromedia:sqlserver","Username","Pass");
DatabaseMetaData md = con.getMetaData();
