Here's a link to the article I'm referring to: http://www.macromedia.com/desdev/mx/coldfusion/articles/jai_images.html
Has anyone else tested out this Java class / CFC wrapper for manipulating images on the fly? I have it set up and working - I can read an image, manipulate it, and write a new one without problems - but the resultant file appears to be locked for about 10 seconds after it's created. I can't rename it, move it or delete it, unless I wait for a little while and then the problem seems to go away. I'm assuming this has to do with the way certain Java classes work with the files, so I have no idea how I might be able to work around this. FYI, I'm running W2K. Any ideas? Thanks everyone. -Cliff ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=4 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/index.cfm?sidebar=lists&body=lists/cf_talk FAQ: http://www.thenetprofits.co.uk/coldfusion/faq Get the mailserver that powers this list at http://www.coolfusion.com
