They are stored in the registry, but you should be able to remove them from the UI.

Have you tried removing the RDS server in the Macromedia FTP & RDS subtree in the 
files tab? Go to the files 1 or 2 tab, drill down to Macromedia FTP & RDS, and RMB 
over the RDS server and select the "Delete Server" option.

I have looked on MM site, searched on Google and searched the archives, but
nothing.

This must be a registry setting, does anyone know how to remove an RDS
server from the database tab? Once you set it that's it, no going back it
seems.
