Two ways: 1) Go to the Files tab in Studio, then choose FTP/RDS from there. From that location, when you right click, you can delete that server. 2) Delete the specific key for the RDS server from the registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Macromedia\RemoteServers\
